1. Introduction
Welcome to StickerVerse, developed by Tripoint Digital. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use StickerVerse.
2. Sign in with Apple & Account Information
StickerVerse requires Sign in with Apple to use the app. When you sign in, we receive an Apple-provided identifier that allows us to create and maintain your account. If you choose to share your email address with us (or use Apple’s “Hide My Email”), we may receive an email relay address. We use this information only to operate StickerVerse, authenticate you, and support features such as restoring purchases, subscriptions, and account-related services.
3. Content You Upload & Generate
StickerVerse allows you to upload photos and create AI-generated sticker packs and related content. Uploaded media and generated outputs may be temporarily stored in Firebase (or similar services) to process your request and deliver results to you. These files are not used for advertising and are deleted after processing or within a reasonable timeframe, unless you choose to save or post content within the app.
4. Community Content, Reporting & Blocking
StickerVerse may include community or sharing features. If you post or share content, other users may be able to view it depending on your settings and how the feature works.
You can block other users and you can report content you believe violates our guidelines. Reported content and related metadata (such as the content ID, reporter account ID, timestamps, and a short description) may be reviewed for moderation, safety, and enforcement purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
StickerVerse may use third-party AI providers and cloud services to generate content and operate core features (for example, AI processing, storage, analytics for app stability, and payments via Apple). These services process data only to provide StickerVerse functionality and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.
6. Face Data & Biometrics
StickerVerse does not perform biometric identification and does not extract or store faceprints or biometric templates. If your uploaded image contains a face, it is processed only to generate the content you request and handled as described in this policy.
7. Security Measures
We use industry-standard security practices to protect information in transit and at rest. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we work to minimize risk and limit retention.
8. Account Deletion & Data Retention
You may delete your StickerVerse account at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your account record and any account-related data we control within a reasonable timeframe.
Uploaded media used for generation is stored only temporarily for processing and delivery of your results, and is then deleted after processing or within a reasonable timeframe. If you choose to post content publicly in the app, it may remain visible until you remove it or it is removed through moderation.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of this document.
