Your privacy is important to us. We don't see, or collect anything you type.

What Information Is Collected?

Keyboard Usage

  • We do not see, store, or collect anything you type using the keyboard.

  • We do not track keystrokes, typed content, passwords, messages, or personal conversations.

  • When you contact us via email from within the app, we may collect basic device information such as your device model and iOS version. This information is used solely to help us provide support and troubleshoot issues.

Why “Allow Full Access” Is Required (Keyboard)

Enabling Allow Full Access allows certain features to function correctly, including:

  • Copying created stickers or drawings to the clipboard so they can be pasted

  • Supporting advanced features such as video or animated backgrounds

Even with Full Access enabled:

  • We do not collect or transmit anything you type

  • We do not monitor keyboard input

  • The keyboard remains functional if Full Access is not enabled, though some features may be limited

AI Stickers & Image Processing

When you choose to create AI stickers of yourself or your pets:

  • Images you upload are used only to generate the requested AI stickers.

  • The images are sent securely to the AI processing service for generation.

  • No facial recognition data, biometric identifiers, or personal profiles are created or stored.

  • Uploaded images are stored temporarily for processing purposes only.

  • Images are not used for training, analytics, advertising, or shared with third parties beyond what is required to generate the stickers.

  • Images are deleted after processing and are not retained longer than necessary.

We do not associate uploaded images with your identity.

Cloud Storage

For sticker generation, images may be stored temporarily on secure cloud storage to allow processing and delivery of results. This storage is short-term and used only to complete the requested feature.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information during processing. All data handling is limited to what is necessary for the app’s functionality.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
