Privacy Policy - Color Hour
Tripoint Digital (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Color Hour mobile application (the “Service”). This page explains what information we collect when you use Color Hour, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Your account. Color Hour uses Sign in with Apple. When you sign in, Apple shares a unique account identifier with us and, if you choose, your name and email address. You can choose to hide your email, in which case Apple gives us a private relay address instead. We never see your Apple ID password.
Your profile. The display name and avatar you choose in the app.
Your artwork. The pages you colour, your progress, favourites and saved pictures, so they are kept safe and appear on all your devices.
Photos you choose to use. When you turn one of your photos into a colouring page, only the photo you select is used. It is sent securely to our service providers solely to create your page, and is not kept by them afterwards. Color Hour only reads the photos you pick, never your whole library.
Posts and shared colouring. If you post artwork to Explore, your post, display name and avatar are visible to other Color Hour users. When you colour together with friends, your display name, avatar and strokes are shared with the people in that session.
Purchases. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your payment details.
We do not use advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.

Storage and Transfer
Your account and artwork are stored using Google Firebase. Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled securely and in line with this policy.
Keeping and Deleting Your Data
We keep your information for as long as you have an account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app: open My Gallery, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, profile, artwork and posts from our servers. You can also stop Color Hour from using Sign in with Apple at any time in your device’s Apple ID settings.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access rules that let only you reach your private artwork. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
Color Hour is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and take effect when they are posted.
