2 POV — Multi-Camera Recording

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how 2 POV ("we", "our", or "the App"), developed by Tripoint Digital, handles information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

The short version: 2 POV does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

2 POV is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, transmit, or store:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)

  • Location data

  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs

  • Usage analytics or telemetry

  • Photos, videos, or audio recordings

  • Browsing or search history

Your recordings are created and saved directly to your device's Photo Library. They never pass through our servers.

Device Permissions

2 POV requires the following device permissions to function. These permissions are used solely for on-device functionality and no data is transmitted externally:

Camera

Required to capture video using your device's front and rear cameras in Dual, Standard, and Picture-in-Picture modes.

Microphone

Used to record audio alongside your video. You may choose to deny this permission and record video without audio.

Photo Library

Required to save your recorded videos to your device's Photo Library.

You can manage these permissions at any time in Settings → 2 POV on your device.

In-App Purchases

2 POV offers optional in-app purchases (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase) to unlock Pro features. All transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled entirely through your Apple ID settings. For more information, visit Apple's subscription support page.

Third-Party Services

2 POV does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs that collect data from your device.

Data Storage and Security

All content you create with 2 POV (videos, recordings) is stored locally on your device in your Photo Library. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your data.

App preferences (such as recording settings and configuration) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms and are not transmitted anywhere.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.
